23rd and 24th April this year mark Printemps du Percnoptère – the Egyptian Vulture Spring Celebration.

• Education Environnement local outing along the Plateau du Bénou and Falaise aux Vautours visit on 23/04. Meet in Buzy (64) at 9:30
• Réserve Naturelle Régionale du Pibeste [Pibeste Regional Nature Park] local outing, exhibition and apéritifs on 24/04. Meet at the Salle des Fêtes in Agos Vidalos (65) at 9:30
• Nature Midi-Pyrénées local outing on 24/04. Meet at the church in Juncalas (65) at 10:00
• CPIE Bigorre local outing on 24/04. Meet at the Place de Castet in Campan (65) at 14:00. Evening slide exhibition – meet at the Vallon de Salut Museum in Bagnères de Bigorre at 20:30
• Naturembulle local outing on 25/04. Meet at the Tourist Information Office in Saint-Béat (31) at 9:30
• Nature Midi-Pyrénées observation area, wildlife walk and slide-based talk on 25/04. Meet at the bottom of Belvédère Péreille (09) at 10:00
• Pays de l’Ours Adet series of evening talks on 23/04. Meet at the Salle des Fêtes in Chein-Dessus at 21:00. Local outing on 24/04. Meet at the Col de Larrieu in Chein-Dessus (31) at 9:30
• ANA CPIE d’Ariège observation area on 24/04. Meet at the stadium in Moulis (09) at 10:00
• CPIE Hautes-Corbières local outing followed by a talk on 24/04. Meet at the town hall in Bouisse (11) at 14:30
• LPO Aude observation area at the paragliding landing site in Ginoles (11) followed by a talk at the Salle Communale at 20:30 – both on 23/04.
